Dr Heil Lipo Only

I have a opperation date set and just had my consaltation with Dr Heil. He says that my tissue is soft enough to only have to use Lipo and he guarantees it will work to flatte the area he also said that he will make an ecision if he need too. What do you guys think? He does over 100 people a year and all of his photos look good. He also said he does free revisions.
