puffy nipples concern

I'm about a month and a half post op had gland removed from both sides. My left nipple areola is puffy and is a lil tender to touch when i squeeze it a clear liquid is secreted. Before I squeeze it the tip of the nip has a crease through it though afterwards this is not apparent. It feels as though there is a little more tissue below (relative to right nipple) it though it feels relatively soft and pliable. There is also some more 'Hard' tissue below the nipple and the scarring seems a little harder around the areola then the right.

Questions:
Could this be remaining gland or re-growth at 7-8~ weeks?
Is this just post op swelling that will subside (i'm paranoid)?
