Yes, but only in pubertal cases of Gyne that haven't been going on for a long time. Usually under 1 year.

sort of, but hormones are actually pretty complex.  raising your t levels would be a bad idea for example because it can just convert to e and make it worse.  don't try to mess with them yourself, talk to an endocrinologist if you have to.
