First of all, congrats on dropping so much weight, but to be brutally honest, this isn't something you should be concerned about right now and there is nothing you can do about it anyway. Your situation is what it is, the ONLY thing you should be focused on right now is losing another 100 pounds at least. Once you get there, you can assess the damage and figure out what to do then. The only other thing is to save as much money as you can because at that weight you will probably have some loose skin that you need to take care of on top of the gyne (if you indeed have it).
However, as to your questions, there is probably no way to tell whether you have it or not unless you drop at least another 100 pounds.
