How long should I wait?????????

It has been approx. 13 months since i had my surgery with Dr. Jacobs and he did a fantastic job, my right side is still a little bigger then my left. My question is what is the max amount of time I should wait before I go back to the Dr. and find out what options I have? (Sorry no pics, Gyne was not that bad, gland removed by lipo) Also any personal experiences of 13 + months for complete healing?

As far as I know you cant remove gland from just lipo. Lipo only removes fat
