does nipple size decrease after treatment?

33 yo guy here going in for consulation in a couple of months.  breast are not overly large,,,but can feel the fatty tissue behind the nipple and they are larger than average.    Nipples are larger also so was wondering if the size of not just the breast but the nipple decreases?  And does this depend on the type of treatment?
