Two requests: 1. I'd like opinions as to whether this is actual gyno or only fat, and 2. If it is gyno in your opinion, please give me a rating, 1-10.  And, yes I know I'm overweight. I'm a new kid on the block.  Actually age 65+ and this just happened to me recently.

1. Very difficult to tell bro because fat surrounding the breast tissue may mask the presence of gland in photos. You have to lose some weight and then see.

Well you don't have puffy nipples that stick out lots, which is what gyne sufferers get when they have a lot of excess gland. You just seem to have a large breast area, which in my opinion seems likely to be caused by your weight.

At 65 your skin will have lost a lot of elasticity so I think by losing weight you WILL get a more svelte bodyshape BUT you might find you get sagging/excess skin. Good idea to see your doctor, he'll be able to tell you whether it's gland/fat, what your options are, and what you'll look like afterwards!

Can't really tell. Gyne feels different from fat. Fat is soft and the gland is a harder tissue. Feels kind of like a big gummy bear.
