It is obvious you two are the most experienced surgeons in the US for gynecomastia surgery. I am struggeling with how to compare the two of you and make a final decision regarding who does my surgery. Money will not be the driving factor and I will be traveling around the same distance to either of your offices. I want my decision to be based solely on where I am the most likely to achieve the best end result. Should I just flip a coin?

Flipping a coin is not a great way to decide upon your surgeon.

As I say to all of my patients, best thing to do is to visit several surgeons, have consultations with each, critically assess their positives and negatives, and then make your decision for the one with whom you feel most comfortable and confident.

Gyne surgery is elective surgery -- you should not be in a rush -- evaluate carefully and then decide.
