Looks great, man.  Perfect!  How's the tough tissue doing?  Can you feel your nipples yet?

Looks like you had mild gyno, if at all.

He had gyne before. It was bothering him. He had surgery. Now he has a great looking chest.

What's your point, Graham? Jealous, I'd assume.

Before pics are the first 3 or 4.

Fur coat is staying. You should see my brother...He's a friggin gorilla!

Tough tissue is coming along nicely, I started massaging 3 days ago, and it's already about half gone. Feeling is starting to come back, but pretty slowly. The good thing is that my nips react how they're supposed to, as far as cold weather and what not. At this pace, I'd guess totally healed by week 8.

I had gynecomastia...there was a "marble" under each nipple. It was removed and measured about 6cm x 4cm. It was very firm, and did not belong there. The feel of it bothered me as much or more than the look.

It bothered me...I had it removed, and I'm happy about my decision.

Thats encouraging. I have it worse off than you did but am planning on surgery as well. I actually work out 5 days a week (I've never done steroids) and I know somewhere under there is some decent pec muscle. I'm a little worried about losing that post op. Did you notice anything like that or were you told you might lose some muscle mass as well? Did they tell you what caused your gyne and how you can prevent it from reoccuring post op? Thats what I'm worried about now. My doctor and endo will hopefully find a cause so I can prevent a return if I do go through with the surgery. Thanks for the post.

What sort of things do you do to massage?  I'd like to start, but I'm not sure exactly what to do.

Any tips would be appreciated.

Nothing personal. It's just that if I looked like you did before surgery, I'd be perfectly happy. I just hope no one convinced you that you needed surgery. The only justification a person like you would have had, is if it was entirely your own decision; which I'm guessing it was. So I'm happy you're happy.

I'd imagine that's the case for RC. I can guarantee that was the case for me too. Anyone who can be "peer pressured" into surgery has more pressing issues than gyne.

That came out really good, congrats.  My case is similar, I hope mine looks that good.

Innocent statement was made and you jump to attack. Do you not have anything better to do?
