Is it possible that for some the healing process after liposuction/excision will continue even 3 years after surgery or more?
Like scar tissue behind incision lines, lipo scars, temporary scar adhesion and irregularities will continue to improve even though it has been 3 years since the gynecomastia surgery?

And is it any point in massaging years after surgery to help dissolving remaining scar tissue?

Usually complete healing has occurred by about 6-8 months after surgery.  I sincerely doubt if there will be any benefit to massage after that time frame.  There may still be some re-modeling of scar tissue after that -- but I doubt if you would be aware of the subtle changes that are occurring.
