Good morning all.  I'm about 2 months post opt and my results are good.  Like others I feel like more could have been taken out and there is a slight bit of uneveness bewteen the two sides.  I have tried the pinch test, as recommened by Dr. Jacobs and there is a small/decent amount more fat at the bottom of my chest.  Also, I have a very, very slight crater when lifting my arms.  When I look at it I feel that this is do not to too much gland being removed but not enough fat being removed from the surrounding area.  Can that be the case or am I way off base?

In any event I would be curious to hear from the doctors how they prefer to be approached- especialy on a result that is good.  I am a reasonable person (understand fully that there is no such thing a perfection) and would be open to compromise with my surgeon who I believe to be very good.  At the same time the gyne has really effected my life and i just want to feel a little more comfortable.  Is there anything that can be done on a minimal scale?  Should I make suggestions or let him?  At my last visit he though everything was fine and it will a vey uncomfortable conversation to have for me.  I wold not make any decsions for at least 6 months post op as I understand it to be the time to expect final results.  But I would like to address the issue at my next visit in 3 weeks.

Please find my pics attached and let me know your thoughts- if you have any.  Thank you for your time.  It is truly appreciated.

I agree that your results are favourable. I recommend that you discuss your concerns with your surgeon NOW, but wait until six months to make the final evaluation of your results. At that time, any PERSISTANT issues should be discussed again with your surgeon so that he may provide advice on them. In six months you will only see improvement, but evaluate the final results when that time has passed.
