Yay, it's another one of these threads!

I'm almost 6 3" - about 180 lbs - 20 yo.

I do have some fat I could stand to lose, both on the chest, stomach and lower back.
Even then, I think my nipples look kinda puffy, and they are always quite visible through a t-shirt.

What say ye, please?

Doesn't look at all like gyno to me, your chest is fine, you just have a bit of fat
