post-op - right nipple pointing downwards - need advice

hi everyone!!
i had my surgery on 20th sept 2009.had gland excision and lipo.now everythings fine and i can do all the physical activities without any pain. initially everything was fine but after my stitches were removed, the lower part of my right nipple seems to have kind of stuck ..i mean its fixed at a place..resulting in my right nipple pointing downwards.havent asked my doctor about it yet..need your advice.
