variocele

any one had a variocele ligation procedure. i am having it because i believe it has lead to my atrophic testicles. does anyone have any ideas about it.

I've had varicocele since I was 14 years old.

Hum, just about the time I started to develop gyne.  

It feels like a bundle of worms in my left testicle.  

As far a atrophy goes, several different docs over the last 20 years have checked my nads and all say i'm "average" (what ever that means).  

No idea about litigation.
