How and when to massage

I was just wondering when and how do you massage your chest im almost 2 week post op

In general, massaging too early will actually hinder healing and cause more swelling.  There is a time and place for massage -- and it is extremely variable.

Best to visit your plastic surgeon and inquire when he thinks it would be advisable, if at all, to massage.  And that will depend upon your own individual healing.
