How bad is my gyne?

Hi, some pics of me. As you can see I'm quite chubby, recently lost quite a bit of weight though (about 20lb?) have put on a couple of pounds recently.

As the weight came off the breasts did shrink some. If I continue losing weight will they be almost gone? I'm not really bothered about having puffy nipples its having like a B-cup which bothers me! Also recently the left one has been really hurting

So tell me what you think.. how serious etc etc
