I am from Guatemala, and i have a gynecomastia problem.
so i want to know what can i do to try to resolve this problem that make's me uncomfortable to my self before i try a surgery?

One common theme is that there are no good non surgical options for treating gynecomastia. Be careful with internet treatments that you can buy as they are simply out to take your money.
