Gyno Pain/Chest Tightness

My chest seems to feel very tight almost as if someone is pushing on the center of my chest at all times. I also have some upper back pains that come and go.

Is this normal and does anyone else experience this?

Typical Gynecomastia Symptoms of pain and pressure tend to be centered in the gland tissue that, by design, is connected to the nipple areola structure. Gland can extend well beyond this central point. You can see the location of gland in these Anatomy of Gynecomastia Drawings.
