Examples of Kenalog injection?

I see so many people saying it helps, etc etc. I'd like to see some examples though, never seen before and after pictures. I ask because I'm about 5 week post op and while my chest looked great after surgery, after 3 weeks post op it started to look worse, nipples look puffy, etc etc.
