Kenalog injections

Well it has been a journey trying to reduce my gyne. I am now at the stage where my right side looks, dare i say it, good (not perfect but good) My left side after two surgeries has some scar tissue.

Hence the question.

Does anyone who of a surgeon in the UK who does kenalog injections for scar tissue?
