Hey man, I'm not a doctor or anything so don't take my advice as medical information. Because you seem to be in the very early stages of gynecomastia, there might be a way for you to reverse the process before it becomes permanent and you have to pay $7500 for surgery like I am getting ready to do.
There is an anti-estrogen medicine out there called Nolvadex that many steroid using body builders use. Because many people who use steroids can develope gynecomastia, body builders use this when they start seeing and feeling the signs of gynecomastia, and supposedly it can help to stop or reverse the process. I have no proof that it works though, but if I could go back to when mine was first developing, I would have definitely tried it out.
Keep in mind though, you are probably a young teenager going through puberty, therefore your hormones are already naturally out of whack so it might not be a good idea to introduce this medicine into your system. Also, there's a chance that your body will defeat and it will go away on it's own over a couple years. It's up to you though. Do a google search of Nolvadex, get your facts, and do what you see fit. But like I said, I would have done it back then if I knew about it. Good Luck
