Hello doctor,i had unilateral gynecomastia surgery on Tuesday,July 13.I went to the doctor today and he removed the bandages and i was pleased for the most part. The problem is im afraid that because the doctor said there is still some swelling. Im concerned it is going to shrink down and then not look as good as it does now.I would like it to stay in it's current state.Should i be worried?Thank's for your time.Is it possible to have minimal swelling and be close to my final results at this early stage?

If you liked how it looked when you saw it the first time, you'll probably still like it later.  Unless there's some reason why you have a lot of swelling, it's probably only minimal, since you've had compression on along with the bandages.  My recommendation is that you enjoy how good you feel about your chest and put a hold on the worry until you really have an issue to be concerned about!

Good luck,
