About 5 days after you could probably test the waters. But it will really take at least 10 days before you feel like going for the full production. Really you don't feel sexual at all post surgery for at least 2 weeks. Tubes, lack of bathing, PAIN, not conducive to hormones flowing. Just go slow the first time or 2. After all the money and pain you'll go through, its not worth messing it up just to get off.
