Will surgery get rid of the Pain???

I tend to get some bad left nipple pain every so often(my research indicates that left breast causes pain most most people), although all the doc's and two surgeons that I have seen concur they can not find any gland in that area, I still get the pain sometimes. Will surgery get rid of that pain? Will the surgeon have to remove the entire gland and will that cause a caved in look?

Also I've come across the same topic the gyne will indicates a higher chance of breast cancer in men, that and the higher E2 and other hormone imbalance . Will surgery remove cancerous tissue?
