After my recent gyne surgery (couple of days ago) i now hear a hollow sound when i rub or tap my finger on my upper chest/lower throat.

What is this? Is it just because theres so little fat there compared to everywhere else? please

It is possible that there is an air bubble trapped under the skin.  Don't worry, the air will absorb within a few days or less.
