from reading the threads a lot of you are confused on how to diagnos gyno

u don't put your fingers across ur nips and squeeze and rub.. lol

yes, u will feel glandular type bally fat that way

and u might mistake it for a lump

this is what fat feels like, and if u search hard enough u will find the same shit on ur body if u low enough b/f....

lie down

raise 1 arm

and point and touch behinde your nip.. don't squeeze

if u feel a hardend lump straight behinde ur nip.. that's gyno.

now i'm sure many people on here have large enough lumps that they aren't confusing it..

but what i'm seeing from some of the pics in other forums in here is people with estrogen related fat deposits.. pseydogyno who think they have the real deal.

Here's how you self-diagnose gynecomastia:

a) Look in the mirror.

b)If you're male and have t!its, then you have gynecomastia

Sorry to disagree with you Graham, but--------

Gynecomastia in itself has no adverse physical effects usually.   The effects can be severe but they are more psychological and emotional.  Since there is no significant difference in the effects of fat vs gland,  and since even a careful examination by a skilled Doctor can often not detect the difference,  I fail to percieve any difference.

Spleen is right on the mark.

Any enlargement of the breast in a Male is gynecomastia.  It is that simple.
