This is how i became thin,
I once weighed 110kg and went down to 80kg in 3 months. (242Lbs-176Lbs) thx to Food Combining.  i personaly prefer melted cheese combined with Non-starchy vegetables.
And dried bananas for desert. Find a variation on the link below.

Food combining should be healthy. I love to eat mixed fruits. I mix up all fruits and eat because this is my favorite food item.
