Liquid Bandage...pigmentation scars?

Hi, like some other people here, I've tried to use this liquid bandage stuff to keep my nipples "erect" and less noticable.

I notice that it does kinda irritate the area when used all day. Im wondering if this stuff could cause that ugly red pigmentation problem that you see with people who use tape too much?

Frequent irritation of the scan -- from tape, bandages, etc -- can induce excess pigmentation (darkening) of the skin.  This varies with every individual.  If you see any residual redness -- would be careful because the hyperpigmentation may be difficult to deal with.
