Stage 2 Compression Vest - Design Veronique vs. Underworks

I'm wondering if this garment made by Underworks is equivalent or similar to the one made by Design Veronique?

A year or so before my surgery (I'm now 7 days post op) I purchased the Underworks garment looking for a hiding mechanism.  I ended up not wearing it much as I found it's length uncomfortable and decided to continue and suffer with my heavy thick sweatshirts.  However, it seems to be very similar to the recommended Design Veronique stage 2 vest and wondering if I can use it for that stage? 

They're both made of the same material, nylon/spandex and look very similar.  Certainly would save some money if they both performed similarly!
