my lipo only procedure will be on Monday, i decided to continue this because i was dealing with the surgeon before i knew or found out about this site that doc benny is existing. i already arranged a schedule with this surgeon since january. for professionalism's sake, i've decided to continue the procedure with him.  i inquired about 5 clinics in manila.

1. Belo Clinic - P1,000+ consultation, they don't specialized in gyne, but they did recommend me to consult to them first then they will provide me an alternative solution.
2. Calayan - no reply at all (email).
3. Beverly Hills Clinic - offers liposuction with or without excision (depends on the result of lipo), P60,000 for lipo only.
4. Dr. E. Magallona - seen in whatclinic.com, ranked first in ratings, 2nd was Beverly Hills clinic. i inquired first about nipple and areolar reduction (P45,000 under local anaesthisia), but when i send the photos, he recommends lipo P64,000 under sedation, he will perform nipple and areolar reduction for free if i really needs it.
5. Dr. B. Herbosa - graded mine as grade 2 gyne, offers excision for P60,000 under local anaesthisia. got also some neutral advises from him, and he knows doc magallona and said that he's a good surgeon.

If i will got a negative result from doc Magallona, i will just do a revision with doc Benny, which i know, another waste of money, time and another scar.

I'm an obese type 7 years ago, but managed to trim some weight now, i do weightlifting, running etc.  I love doing outdoors (running, hiking, dragonboating, etc) which most of the time needs to show up your body in public which i really can't.  I never go swimming. Whenever my friends inviting me for an outing, I always decline them. I want to do more but this thing on my chest limits me of what i can do nor experience.  It's like missing half of my life as long as i'm with it.

btw, i did a lipo only surgery the 1st time around under local anesthesia. the doctor said that some prefer it under sedation but it costs more.
compared to the gland removal nipple incision, the lipo had a bit more pain but overall no big deal at least for me. (my case is less than grade B).  if ever u want to save some money & if u have the choice to do it under local sedation

problema ko na lang pano ko itatago to after the surgery, i'm working in singapore. at may mga room mates ako. hay. 10 days lang ako sa pinas.

Thats the hard part... hirap itago yan... lalo na mgsuot ng compression shirt if ever ggmit ka... you can do it.. ako wlng nkhalata sa mga brkda ko... kht ngpractice pa kmi ng tugtog...

Waa im wearing sando pa naman madalas pag nasa bahay. Really kahit lipo hirap din itago? After 1week pa naman ako babalik sa sg. 1week ako pahinga sa pinas.

kaya yan. line up mo na yung black tshirts na may design sa harap tsaka mga plaid shirts hehe. depende sa compression garment mo kung magiging halata.. kung ab-binder pinaka halata, elastic bandage, halata din. unless meron kang parang sculptees or underworks siguro na parang sando yung fit.. yun surebol hindi halata.. pero ewanko lang sa Sogo ab binder hindi ko pa natry. u might want to check that out. pwede ka na magshopping habang maaga pa para for sure.

Waa mga ilang days ako mgsusuot nun? Yung sculptees parang ordinary sando or shirt lang pero tight? Parang muscle tee?

yes parang mukha ngang ganon.. i never tried it but it looks very comfortable..

3 weeks recommended minimum.

ung abbinder tsaka elastic bandage kase medyo kelangan i adjust adjust pa, may tendency din maging uncomfortable kapag tumatagal.. by the end of my 3 weeks, medyo nag rarash na ako sa chest and back, siguro dahil sa accumulated na dumi, dahil din araw-araw ako nag eexercise

if i could borrow or order a compression vest, i probably would. but most pinoys in this board are ok kahit wala. but for ur case since may room mates ka, maybe it would give peace of mind. in fairness, pwede mong i-pay-it-forward ung vest kung bumalik ka pinas sa mga upcoming patients na kelangan ng vest..

Guys doc magallona did lipo with excision because he cant remove the fat around the areola. Got hematoma this afternoon but doc draine it already.

Im here at the hotel near the clinic. Very tight ang elastic band ba to. Halos di ako makakain. Konti lang ung nakuha na fat around the areola. Pinakita din sa kin yung gland from areola. Post ko pic pag kaya ko na.
