Game Time

I'm so sick of putting this off this is the final year that I have this condition.
I quit smoking 2 days ago after 20 consecutive years I'm 39 years old now it is time to pick a surgeon.
All the time thinking if you just work out or tone up a bit. I'm 5'7" and weigh 135 lbs.
So I would not consider myself to be overweight and basically it seems that all my weight gets stored
in my chest area I will try to post some pics soon.
This is the year that these come off once and for all.

congratulations on your decision to quit smoking. I think that beats any gynecomastia surgery decision. 

But regarding the surgery, I agree man.  Get it done and get on with your life.
