At this point, you likely still have some swelling, which may cause the nipples to stick out a bit, and you may be happier about your result as time progresses.  I recommend that my patients massage the area to help with resolution of the swelling, and certainly, using UnderArmor or some other form of compression may help. It's way too early to determine if you would need to have further tissue removed, so don't panic...just be patient.

Change can be dramatic or it can be gradual. We heard from a young man some time ago who was totally unhappy with the result of his surgery. Several months passed before he came back and shared the whole story. It actually took that long and yes he was very happy. The results were well worth waiting for.
