Why do people say that lipo only is not good enough?





I`m getting surgery in 6 days and my surgeon said that he will only use lipo on my case!
Should I be worried? Will my nipples be smaller with that procedure?

"People" and doctors are aware that for many men, lipo is not sufficient.  There is frequently dense breast tissue beneath the areola -- and most lipo instruments cannot remove it.  This often leads to incomplete removal during "lipo only" operations, which then leads to unsatisfied patients and a need for further surgery.

After having done thousands of these operations, I can attest that it is impossible, by examination of the chest alone, to predict that lipo alone will do the trick.  That is why I firmly believe that every surgeon doing gyne surgery should be prepared to do whatever is necessary -- in the initial operation -- to get the job done properly.  That includes lipo and excision if necessary.  Anything less and you are setting yourself up for secondary or revision surgery, which is more difficult to do because of the scar tissue formed from the initial surgery.  Get it done right the first time!

And yes, your skin will tighten and the areolas will shrink somewhat in diameter.
