Well, hello there. I'm new here, and I think I've suffered from gyno my entire life. I've just got a question: When I stand up, I have pretty large moobs, but when I lay down in bed, I feel my chest and they're barely there any more. I'm 5'5, 14, and 195 pounds. I've been losing weight, and I think its helping but I'm not sure. What do you all think?

You are seriously overweight. I'm sure quite a few people here can tell you that if you keep the weight on, you are more likely to have the kind of gyno that doesn't go away. Try to start living a more healthy lifestyle.

When you are overweight, some of that excess fat goes to your chest (and your abdomen).  And of course, when you lie down, your chest (and your abdomen) will flatten somewhat.  But that doesn't mean the fat has disappeared when you were supine.

The best answer for you is to lose weight -- easier said than done, but absolutely necessary.  The problem is that once you have been overweight, your excess fat has helped to produce additional estrogen, which in turn will have stimulated your br\east tissue to grow.  Thus, when you lose weight, you may find that\t you still have excess tissue on your chest.  That w\ill be the ti\me when you want to do something about it -- but not now.
