Has anyone had experience with Dr. DiBenardo?

I've been told my board members here that I don't have gyne, but I would like to either visit a plastic surgeon or endco because I feel there is excess tissue/fat, whatever, on my breast. No puffy nipple but to me there is a contour problem because of my minor PE.
