compression vest after kenalog

So right now I am about 5 months post op. After my surgery I had a hematoma in my right nipple, which made it look like it did before the operation. I received two kenalog shots and the hematoma has nearly dissolved in a fair amount of time (6 weeks)

Right now, I still have a small boobshape. There is still breast-tissue under my nipple of course, because you can't take away everything, but I feel the boobshape is larger than it should be considering the amount of breasttissue i still have. Is it possible that it's because my skin is still too loose? Do you think I could benefit from wearing the vest again for another 2-3 weeks, allowing my skin to firm up?

I'll give it a try, and i'll let you guys know if it has any effect, but has anyone else had experience with this?
