EMERGENCY QUESTION !
Hey guys I have my surgery scheduled tomorrow at approximately 2pm, I was wondering if it is possible to have my last final chest workout in the morning at approx 10 am, is this okay ???

I would skip it.. Even though I've never seen anyone talking about a workout before surgery as a bad thing but I personally would avoid doing ANYTHING before surgery

Hi!

You have little to gain from working out your chest just before surgery.

Be smart about this! You will have to rest several weeks after the surgery anyway.
