Dr. Jeffords Smyrna, Ga, your help appreciated!!!!

I am new to this Board. Have been dealing with gynecomastia for a long time. I just recently saw Dr. Jeffords for a consultation. Hes actually the third surgeon Ive had a consultation with and I am impressed with him. Very friendly guy, spent lots of time answering my questions, lots of good after surgery pictures. I am strongly considering having surgery done by him but I am looking for some more reassurance. I noticed some people here have had surgery done by him and I was hoping to talk with them. My questions are:
1. Are you happy with your results?
2.  would you recommend him?
3. how does your chest look when flexing, arms over head, etc. any cratering?
