Hi guys, hope you're all doing well.  Please help me confirm if this is true gynecomastia or pseudogynecomastia.

You look relatively lean and the protrusion is concentrated to one area so it is likely 'puffy nipple' gynaecomastia.

Go and search for a good surgeon and don't hesitate!

looks similar to mine when mine is at its worse... people say its puffy nipples but i think i will still be looking at a consultation for our issue.

It looks like pretty isolated gynecomastia - not much chest wall fat, only what appears to be solid tissue.  The nipple/areola diameter is large due to stretching of the skin from underlying breast tissue.
IMO you need direct excision of that tissue, and most surgeons perform lipo as well for contouring/skin distribution purposes.
