16 years old, not fat, please help.

Hi there, I've had this curse for over 2 years now. I work out regularly, I've never had any other troubles except for this unholy spawn. Here is a picture, could someone tell me how severe it is?


Also, I'm gradually beginning a relationship with this girl at my school, so I was thinking of buying an under armour shirt, I'm size medium and I was thinking I should get a size small right? And HOPEFULLY, I will get this checked out and HOPEFULLY removed over summer, so I'd appreciate it if people could tell me the risks and stuff behind this procedure.

Buy a snug compression shirt and you will be more self confident about meeting someone.

However, you do appear to be slightly overweight, have mild gyne and puffy nipples. Ultimately, surgery will be able to help you.

Would suggest reading many of the posts on this forum -- you will get an idea of what surgery is like.  An underlying theme, though, is to go to an experienced plastic surgeon -- or suffer some of the woes that have been described here as well.
