Is this Gynecomastia or Pseudogynecomastia?

One need not be an MD to diagnose gynecomastia in your situation.  You appear to be obese and have very large breasts. 

I never make a difference between "gynecomastia" and "pseudogynecomastia."  To me, ANY amount of excess tissue on a male chest is gynecomastia.  And, as a surgeon, I know that there is both fat and breast tissue in every enlarged male breast.

You are not a surgical candidate at this time.  You need to lose a substantial amount of weight, bro.

In my opinion you should go to a revision with your doctor, from what i can see it's only fat, try to lose weight and touch y our chest so you can explore some non fat tissue on it..

I agree with Dr Jacobs.

I think you need to invest in a healthy diet and a suitable exercise routine and assess your situation after 6 months and see how you look.

IMO you will require some surgery for a perfect contoured chest.
