I'm pretty sure I have Gynecomastia.
I go to the gym almost 4 times a week, and this has developed over a period of a year. Sometimes (left nipple) is sore and struggle to wear a top. I now also wear a vest underneath a t shirt etc because the nipple is visible.

Furthermore, my pectorals are very asymmetrical, and the left pec, is slightly more saggy but lacks curvature near the armpit. I have done a lot of variations on dumbell flys etc etc but still nothing. It's becoming really embarrassing.
Pic far pectoral sticks out more - That is the one with Gyno

The curvature on the right, is abnormal.

Doesn't seem to severe, but the asymmetry can be a daunting. Other than the asymmetry everything looks really good. Should you get surgery? depends how much it REALLY bothers you. Remember with surgery there are risks, scars, and recovery time.
