Hey guys, I have had mild gynecomastia since i was 13 (now 19). I always knew there was something wrong with my nipples as they were always puffy. Other than that i have very little chest fat, but the main problem is puffy nipples which are always poking out of my clothes!
I told my dad about this problem but he never seems to be bothered as hes too busy with his work. And i told my mom around 2 months ago who said that we will visit a doctor but that day never came!
My life is hell! I walk bent, wear large shirts and have tried everything to hide my nipples. Most of my day is spent in college. My friends noticed that i do not walk straight and i made up an excuse that my back muscles are really weak and i need to build some muscle in gym to correct my posture.
I really need some way to hide my nipples. I saw online that compression garments are made for this purpose, but i live in India and they are not available in any store here!
Also, if i visit a doctor what kind of doctor should i go to as there are many kinds of doctors. I do not want to get surgery done as i really dont have enough money for it. 1 dollar is 50 bucks in my currency, even affording a compression shirt is a lot for me! (20 dollars is 1k in my currency!)
Please someone help me with this problem im really going into depression
What can i do to hide my gynecomastia under clothing?
