Techniques that surgeons use for Gynecomastia ?

I'm planning to get gyne surgery this month and I have consulted with 3 different docs that each have a different technique, one does traditional cut under nipple and excision of tissue, one make two small incisions on side of pect. And uses a water assisted machine call the body jet and also teaches student surgeons on how too use it and claims to also remove tissue, then another doc that dose incisions in each arm pit and uses different types of cannula's, one being a laser. I was just wondering which would work best and be less invasive with minimal recovery time.  I'm 19  in pretty good shape weigh 155lb 5'9 and I can feel the tissue wen I pinch not a bad case but still noticeable through tight shirts.

I need help I really want to get this done right away !!

Each surgeon will use the tools and methods that they believe will give good results. The confusion is eally not too hard to understand when you also realize that the same tool may go by several different names. The name game applies to methods also. A catchy new name does not equate to a revolutionary new method.

Go with a well qualified specialist who has a good amount of experience behind him. Then let the Doctor decide on the methods. You are asking to have your chest sculpted. Would you tell a Michaelangelo how to carve a David?

Thanks for the reply, Ive thought about it and decided to go with Dr Scott Miller from La Jolla CA, I was initially most comfortable with him after the consultation, I was just a bit skeptical about his method of the Body Jet, but you are right I should just trust that his expirenece and knowledge as a surgeon knows what's best. I have my dated set on June 6, so exited to finally get rid of this and enjoy this San Diego weather and beaches !

Im about to consult plastic surgeon later this month...im pretty much the same....16 very athletic and always had these nagging bitch breasts....i hope everything goes goo for ya!!!!!!!!!
