I'm trying to keep a log on another thread. i think it's under the post op surgery section :) The first two days were bit tough for me cause i developed hematoma on one side, but i went to my doctor and he drained all the liquid and extra fluid. I feel great now, except that my right side is a little noticeably puffier and bruised, but it should all fade with time hopefully :D

Congrats. Stay focused on all the positives, and don't worry about the way it looks for a few months after swelling goes down and scars shrink. My first surgery was at 14 to treat puffy nipples. 2 weeks after surgery swelling was so bad I had b to c cups! Now that will mess with your head. Luckily the swelling cleared by week 3.

Update* my left side has healed almost perfectly ( i wouldn't even mind if other people saw it; it looks as if I never had surgery and is as flat as a board). My right side has developed some fluid. Not as much as before, but still enough to annoy me. Does anyone know if eventually my body will absorb the fluid on its own, or will i have to get it drained again? cause my right nipple is a little bloated, but not so big that i wouldn't mind having to just wait for the fluid to go away.
