11 days post-op

Hey everyone,
          Im 11 days post op, i had surgery with the wonderful dr. tom sterry of new york.  Everything was fine at first, however i self inflicted hemotomas in each nipple by massaging a bit too aggressivly.  My nipples look flatter but are now seem to have that swollen look again.  Has anyone had this dilemma before and will they return to there perfect state they were in right after the surgery?   Ive been wearing a compression vest for most of these 11 days.  Any help would be appreciated.   Thankyou

Leader, I cannot say for your case, but mine was similar. Post-op they were very flat, but then in about a week they puffed back up to about 75% of what they were pre-op. They remain that way to this day which is now about 17 months post-op.
