75 days newborn gynecomastia in female

can any doctor here please help me with my newborn daughter?

 she is 75 days old she's breast feeding she was born with normal weight & length but she hah slightly big breast with retracted nipple
 it was diagnosed as newborn gynecomastia & her doctor said that it will resolve by time
 but from 10 days ago her breast tend to be more firm & increased in size she has a mass about 2 cm.in each breast but the left one is bigger than the right one
 her doctor gave her course of antibiotic to prevent inflamation
 but nothing happened & her breasts are the same
today her left breast became pink in colour

please help me
   how can i treat her??
   what's the right tests should she has?
   is this has any relation with breast feeding?
   is this gynecomastia can affect her in the future in maturation, fertilization, pregnancy or lactation?
   if it going to resolve by itself how long it will take?

please help me

I've never heard of gynecomastia in a female, because gynecomastia by definition is female like breast development on a male.

Take your daughter to another doctor and have a 2nd opinion.

Transient breast growth is quite common in newborns and though usually resolves within the first two months, may persist much longer.  It would be important to know whether mother is on any meds/hormones that might be delivered to child by breast feeding.

I agree that a second opinion may be more reassuring.

no i don't take any medications or drugs or hormones
do i have to test my estrogen or prolactine level?
 or what tests should i do gor me daaughter to fet assure of this diagnosis?

This site is full of plastic surgeons and guys with man boobs.

I'm not trying to shoo you away (you're more than welcome!) but for the interest of your daughter you need to seek treatment from a health provider who can examine her and work with you. Start with her pediatrician, and if needed get a referral to a specialist if you feel the pediatrician is not helping you.
