Massage to cure gyno

I have had true gynocomastia for about 4 years. It is a huge large lump under my nipple. If I massaged it every day and squeezed it would it eventually break down
Over weeks? After massaging or squeezing it the day after it feels sore.

It is equally possible that you would stimulate the tissue and cause it to grow.

I suspect it would actually do nothing.

You could try anything if you want, but I wouldn't waist my time with doing that, but it is your time we are talking about!

All you are going to do is to stimulate the blood flow and increase the size of your developing breast tissue.

If at all possible go see a competent endocrinologist and have your hormone levels checked, plus have a DNA test for Klinefelter's syndrome.

After eventuating the results of the tests you will have a better idea of how to proceed.
