Scar tissue or Gland??

i have hard lumps underneath both nipples, it is 2 years post op. when i squeeze or touch the area there is no pain, i can't break them up either. it is really hard. is it scar tissue or gland? on one side it is causing the nipple to be pushed outward (puffy). Please help!!

If its been 2 years my opinion is that its gland! You've had waaaay more than enough time for scar tissue to subside.

First, If you where flat after surgery and for a while after you stopped using the compression garments It is most likely scar tissue, Consider kenalog

Do not worry about the side with the lump that doesent have a visual effect of the contour. It is meaningless.
