Prenatal Vitamins?

Have any of you docs heard of prenatal vitamins causing OR stimulating gynecomastia?

What about Adderall?

Because men don't typically take prenatal vitamins, I suspect there is little information on any association with gynecomastia.  If you're not pregnant, what purpose to prenatal vitamins serve you?  As for Adderall, the association is vague or non-existent.  It is certainly not one of the drugs that's high on the list.  Because adolescents are placed on Adderall, and gynecomastia is common during adolescence, cases may be reported, which have nothing to do with the drug itself.  Even taking that into consideration, I am not aware of any strong association.  Perhaps one of the other surgeons has come across this.
